Guilt surrounds Seattle Grace on this week's Grey's Anatomy. That's because Owen continues to feel guilty about his role in the plane crash and the survivors of the plane crash feel guilty for the large sum of blood money they are about to receive. Yes, guilt works in mysterious ways. But they aren't the only ones who feel guilty. Let's check out who else was wracked with guilt this week:

Guilty Webber: He feels guilty for... carrying on a relationship with Catherine when Adele died. In penance, Webber stops returning Catherine's calls and refuses to do surgeries. He even snaps at Catherine when she comes to check in on him. Ultimately, he gets back into surgery — something he was always doing during his marriage — which helps his feelings of guilt subside. He reunites with Catherine.

Guilty Alex: He feels guilty for... nothing. Alex never feels guilty, but he probably feels pretty crappy about having to pay Jo $1,000. See, he lost a bet on who would win in the ping pong match between Shane and Derek. (It was Shane, for the record.) However, Jo uses the money to buy him a couch. As long as they don't sleep together, we'll be OK with this friendship.

Guilty Survivors: They feel guilty for... getting $15 million each for surviving the plane crash when Mark and Lexie didn't. Callie tries to persuade the survivors — Derek, Meredith, Arizona and Cristina — to have dinner to celebrate. Callie's dinner, though everyone tries to avoid it, proves to be fruitful. It's a place where they can talk about how they miss Mark and Lexie and are able to move on with their lives. She's grateful that everyone else is still alive, and that's why she wants to celebrate. Meredith finally reveals she's pregnant.

Guilty Jackson: He feels guilty for... sleeping with Stephanie and not telling April. He decides to admit the truth to April, who says she misses him. She's not ready to be his friend yet, though.

Guilty Bailey: She feels guilty for... judging a patient for trying to keep the heat alive in her marriage after 45 years of marriage. Apparently the lady ended up as a patient after attempting a feat on a stripper pole and falling onto her husband. In truth, Bailey is envious; she's upset because she only got to have sex once on her honeymoon. It was on the beach, and she got sand in her va-jay-jay on the first night, so for the remainder of the trip, they couldn't have any more sex lest they cause her pain.

Guilty Owen: He feels guilty for... playing a role in the plane crash. (No, not because he accidentally felt up Jo.) But, on the bright side, he and Cristina have certainly started off their new relationship on a good note, laughing and enjoying the benefits of the on-call room. Cristina even asks Derek to forgive Owen, which he does. However, Owen may feel guilty about the latest revelation: Because of a loophole, the insurance company won't pay out, and Seattle Grace is going to go bankrupt. Ruh-roh.

What did you think of this week's Grey's Anatomy? Should the surviving doctors use their money to keep the hospital alive?
