Greg Berlanti is keen on repeat business.

The prolific producer is reteaming with Julie Plec and Jake Coburn for ABC drama The Marquis, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.

The project, which has received a script commitment from the network, is described as sexy and twisted character soap set in the most iconic and exclusive building in Manhattan.

Coburn, a writer on Quantico, will pen the script and executive produce alongside Berlanti Productions' Berlanti and Sarah Schechter. Plec will exec produce via her My So-Called Company. Both Berlanti and Plec are based at Warner Bros. Television, where the drama is set up.

This marks the latest sale for Berlanti this development season. The exec producer - currently behind Blindspot, Arrow, Supergirl, The Flash, Legends of Tomorrow and The CW's midseason Archie take Riverdale - also is reteaming with Blindspot creator Martin Gero for magic drama Deception as well as Criminal  - both at ABC. Additionally, Berlanti has Raised by Wolves with Diablo Cody also at ABC. Outside of ABC, he has DC Comics take Black Lightning set up at Fox.

Berlanti is repped by WME.

Plec, who has the final season of The CW's The Vampire Diaries and its spinoff, The Originals, set to return later this season, also is with WME.

Coburn, who also counts Gossip Girl among his credits, is with WME.
