Good Wife Fave Targeted by CBS' Bull, Playing Serial-Like Investigator
Uh-oh, Eli Gold’s little girl has landed in Dr. Bull’s crosshairs.
TVLine has learned that Sarah Steele, who recurred on The Good Wife as Marissa Gold, is set to guest-star on CBS’ Michael Weatherly-fronted Bull.

In the freshman drama, Weatherly stars as an elite trial consultant who combines psychology, human intuition and high-tech data to learn what makes jurors, attorneys, witnesses and the accused tick. Steele will appear in Episode 4 as Ellen, the host of the hugely popular, Serial-like podcast “Open and Shut,” when Bull and his TAC (Trial Analysis Corporation) team take on a client that might be a victim of Ellen’s (overly?) ambitious journalistic efforts.

Bull premieres Tuesday, Sept. 20 at 9/8c, hammocked between NCIS and NCIS: New Orleans.
