'Game of Thrones' Season 6 Clip: Davos Defends Jon Snow's Corpse

A little red dot from an HBO sniper’s rifle (!) prevented Game of Thrones’ Liam Cunningham from dropping any bombshell Season 6 spoilers during his interview with Conan O’Brien on Thursday. But he did bring with him a clip featuring the one character fans can’t stop discussing: Jon Snow (aka the dude seen bleeding to death from multiple stab wounds in the Season 5 finale).

The preview (which begins at the 1:49 mark) is an extension of a scene already shown in the forthcoming season’s trailer, as Ser Davos (played by Cunningham) is in the room at Castle Black where Jon Snow’s very dead body has been laid out.

When the faction that was anti-Jon — including Alliser Thorne — attempts to get in, Davos is the first to draw his sword.

Press PLAY on the clip above, then sound off in the comments. (GoT returns Sunday, April 24 at 9/8c on HBO.)
