'Fresh Off the Boat' Sneak Peek: Jessica Takes Some Creative License
Looks like “the best” is yet to come on ABC’s Fresh Off the Boat. In this exclusive preview clip from the upcoming episode “License to Sell,” budding realtor Jessica Huang (Constance Wu) makes the bombshell discovery that you actually need a real estate license to sell houses. And while the news clearly annoys the new Orlando resident (her comparison to the injustice of Mike Tyson’s 1992 rape conviction is a stretch), she tells Louis (Randall Park) that she’s ready to ace the silly exam and give the city’s top realtor some serious competition. Oh, and give herself a Chipwich as a reward.

On the plus side, this minor (OK, major) inconvenience also serves as teachable moment for Jessica’s adorable boys, Evan and Emery (Ian Chen, Forrest Wheeler). “If you’re going to do something, be the best,” she tells them. Turns out even a score of 99 is acceptable if no one else got 100.
