You might not want to watch this one at work. Lately, we’ve been seeing a lot of freed penises all over television that have got everyone talking about #FreeTheP. So, we did all the dirty work for you and collected the most notable male full frontal scenes of the last year. You’re welcome.

Orange is the New Black, Season 5, is finally here and they wasted no time freeing the P. While it was shocking to a lot of fans, one Reddit user put it all in perspective saying, “All these comments about one limp dick in a show that’s had a thousand boobs on display. Yep, Reddit …”

Big or Little Lies?

On the penultimate episode of Big Little Lies, Alexander Skarsgård was Skars-hard during a domestic dispute that included a tennis racket and a set of balls. However, the biggest debate following the episode was: real or fake? In an interview with Yahoo TV, Skarsgård confirmed it’s real, saying, “It was 100% real tennis racket.” So we’ll just have to live with that answer for now.

Girls… and a Guy’s Penis

There was no debate that Matthew Rhys’ character on Girls got cocky when he decided to “Chuck” his wood right on top of Lena Dunham. But don’t worry, it wasn’t really Matthew’s wood. The episode’s director, Richard Shepard, told Yahoo TV, “Matthew said, ‘I don’t want to show my penis … can we use a fake one?'” And they didn’t just grab any fake penis. Shepard went on to say, “And then we had to match the skin tone and have the actor approve the size. I thought I’d seen everything in my career; it takes Girls to learn about semi-erect penises!”

The Floppy Leftovers

It’s not always about the size of the boat, sometimes it’s the motion of the ocean. And speaking of boats and oceans — on The Leftovers, a naked sailor flopped down the hallways before blowing up the submarine. The series has seen a lot of P’s. In fact, creator Damon Lindelof has even made it his mission, stating, “If you’re going to do a show on HBO, which is one of the few places where you can do full frontal nudity, there’s no excuse not to show more dongs. I’m passionate about it.” And he’s not the only one pushing the P.

Game of Bones

On The Late Late Show, Emilia Clarke officially started #FreeTheP when she said, “Free the penis!” to host James Corden. And what the Mother of Dragons wants, the Mother of Dragons gets, because on the last season of Game of Thrones, we got up close and way too personal with an uncircumcised member in all its glory.
