EXCLUSIVE: The Bizarre Way Jessa (Duggar) Seewald Jump-Started Her Labor

When Jessa Seewald felt her first real contractions hit, the mom-to-be didn't want to sit around and wait for her baby to just show up. Instead, she had an interesting, proactive method to kick-start her labor: Speed walking.

In this exclusive first look at Sunday's new episode of Jill & Jessa: Counting On, Jessa, her husband Ben Seewald and a number of her sisters hit the road soon as she feels the first signs of labor -- and her family could barely keep up!

"If you're going to try to have a baby, just do it," Jessa explains. "I mean, don't mosey on down the trail at a snail's pace! Power walk it. Walk the baby out!"

The group exercised for an hour, with contracts occurring every five minutes. Almost as soon as they got back home, Jessa was ready to give birth.

Jessa and Ben welcomed their adorable baby boy, Spurgeon Elliot, on Nov. 5, four days past her due date. Spurgeon was born weighing 9 pounds, 11 ounces and was 21-1/4 inches long.

The all-new, baby-centric episode of Jill & Jessa: Counting On airs Sunday, Dec. 27th at 9/8c on TLC.
