‘Everybody Loves Raymond’ ATX TV Festival Panel Not Going Forward
An Everybody Loves Raymond reunion panel that had been planned as part of the ATX Television Festival June 9-12 in Austin, TX, is not going forward.
Organizers tweeted that “Many factors made this not the right time” for the panel that would have marked the 20th anniversary of the long-running sitcom’s debut on CBS with cast and producers. The announcement comes three days after the death of Doris Roberts, who played Ray Romano’s (Raymond Barone) mother Marie on the show. Scheduling conflicts also are said to have played a role.
We're very sorry to announce we won't be hosting #EverybodyLovesRaymond this year. Many factors made this not the right time. @PhilRosenthal
