Emmy Virgins: Meet 19 First-Time Acting Nominees

Move over Game of Thrones, there are some new kids in town this year at the Primetime Emmy Awards.

While we’ll be seeing many familiar faces at this year’s ceremony — Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Ty Burrell, and Bryan Cranston, to name a few — there are also quite a few newbies: 19 of them, to be exact!

In the video above, Superfan TV highlights all of this year’s first-time nominees in the acting categories. From John Travolta in The People vs. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story, to Mr. Robot’s Rami Malek, you’ll probably be just as surprised as we were to find out who has been nominated for the very first time in 2016.

The 68th Primetime Emmy Awards will air on Sept. 18 at 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT on ABC.
