'Doctor Who' Stars Answer the Perennial Question: Terminators or Cybermen?

Comic-Con’s Doctor Who contingent — Peter Capaldi (The Doctor), Jenna Coleman (Clara, the companion), Michelle Gomez (Missy, aka The Master), and Steven Moffat (the Showrunner – wait, does that get capitalized?) — got to the heart of the 50-year-old franchise when they stopped by our studio at SDCC.

When asked who would win in a cyborg brawl: the Terminators or the Cybermen? The response was immediate, but not unanimous. “The Doctor,” says Moffat. “Missy,” says Gomez. “The Cybermen,” says Coleman — who clearly is looking to jump franchises. A surly glare from Capaldi changes Gomez’s answer to “The Doctor,” which makes three for The Doctor and none for the Terminators (until we get Arnold Schwarzenegger into our studio).
