‘Dance Moms’ Alum Chloe Lukasiak Joins ‘Cowgirl’s Story’ With Bailee Madison

It’s been two years since she exited Abby Lee Miller’s coaching and the world of Dance Moms, but Chloe Lukasiak is still making moves. For one thing, the 14-year-old dancer-actress has joined the cast of Cowgirl’s Story with Good Witch starring and produced by Bailee Madison.

Director-writer Timothy Armstrong reveled Lukasiak’s addition to the Samuel Goldwyn Films-distributed pic online:

Lukasiak will play Savanah Stocker in the military family drama inspired by Louisa May Alcott’s classic Little Women novel. With Madison as Dusty Rhodes, the new kid in town, this version centers high school cowgirls who must hold down the home front while their parents are on duty in Afghanistan. Stocker, 17, is a bit of a goth and seen as trouble but becomes Dusty’s closest friend over time and trial.

Although her former coach Miller is facing a potential five years behind bars and a $5 million fine for bankruptcy fraud, concealment of bankruptcy assets and false bankruptcy declarations, Lukasiak is back on the TV dance floor soon. She’ll be front and center in Lifetime’s Center Stage: On Pointe, playing a dance prodigy in the Vancouver-shot threequel. It has a June 25 airdate.

The sixth season of Dance Moms has its annual Moms reunion special tonight on Lifetime.

Teen Choice winner Lukasiak is repped by APA and Primary Wave Entertainment.
