‘Daily Show With Trevor Noah’ To Go Live After Presidential & VP Debates

Deadline

Add The Daily Show to the growing list of late-night talk shows going live after weekday political debates.

The Daily Show With Trevor Noah will air live on September 26 and October 19 for the debate between presidential nominees Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump and on October 4 after the VP debate between Tim Kaine and Mike Pence. The show will air at its regularly scheduled time of 11 PM ET following all three candidate faceoffs. As part of its ongoing “Democalypse 2016” coverage of the presidential campaign and election season, The Daily Show also will simul-stream the first act of the live episodes via Facebook Live, the network said.

CBS’ Late Night host Stephen Colbert and NBC’s Seth Meyers already had announced they would broadcast their shows live on debate night.
