Courteney Cox on ‘Running Wild’: ‘This is the Worst Thing I’ve Ever Done’

On Monday’s Running Wild With Bear Grylls, Courteney Cox stopped running and started fearing for her life. The two were exploring the Irish highlands when they came across an 80-foot gorge with a waterfall that they needed to cross.

Bear Grylls knew how to traverse the gap and explained that he would toss his ice pick over a boulder, rappel to the other side, and send a zipline back to Cox. She asked, “Are you gonna come back and get me?” She didn’t get the answer she wanted.

The Friends star had to hitch herself to a rope strung between two cliffs and zipline herself across. She exclaimed, “This is the worst thing I’ve ever done in my whole life.”

After some swearing and dangling, she made it across to safety. While on safe ground, she said, “I’m, like, literally dizzy. I mean, we have kids. What the f*** are we doing?”

Running Wild With Bear Grylls airs Mondays at 10 p.m. on NBC.
