Connie Britton Says ‘Friday Night Lights’ Reunion Up to Kyle Chandler

On Today, Connie Britton opened the door for a possible Friday Night Lights reunion. The popular NBC drama ran from 2006 to 2011, and devoted fans have been clamoring for more ever since. A reunion is possible, just as long as Britton and Kyle Chandler, who played her husband, Coach Taylor, can get on the same page.

“I just saw Kyle Chandler said it was because of me that we’re not doing a reunion, and I thought this whole time it was because of him,” Britton said.

In a recent red carpet interview with US Weekly, Chandler said that Britton refused to do a reunion and he wasn’t going to do it without her, but it turns out that’s not the case.

“I love Kyle. I’m just saying I don’t want to be the holdout here,” Britton said, adding playfully, “Back to you, Kyle.”
