Charlie Sheen Says Donald Trump Gave Him Fake Cufflinks and Lied About It

Bitchin’ rock star from Mars with tiger blood Charlie Sheen joined the ladies of The View on Thursday, where, as is common nowadays, the conversation turned to Donald Trump. It should be noted that Sheen is not a fan of Trump. On Dec. 28 he posted a tweet widely understood to be asking for Trump’s death. But Sheen hasn’t always held animosity for Trump. He told a story about having dinner with Trump at the president-elect’s Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Fla., where Trump gave him a special gift, or so he thought.

“He gave me fake cufflinks at a dinner. He said they were Harry Winston and worth $100,000, with platinum and flawless D’s. They were barely cheap pewter and flawed CZ’s,” Sheen said.

Sheen also didn’t have anything nice to say about Mar-a-Lago. Much of what he said was censored, but he called the estate a fleabag and said it’s like the Playboy Mansion with rickets.

When asked about Trump’s presidency, Sheen referred to the letter that screenwriter Aaron Sorkin wrote to his wife and daughter after the election. He said it’s a beautiful letter and specifically agreed with Sorkin in believing that Trump will commit an impeachable crime within the first 12 months of his presidency.
