CeeLo’s Terrifying KISS Performance Too Much for Russell Peters on ‘Lip Sync Battle’

Musician CeeLo Green and comedian Russell Peters duked it out on Thursday’s Lip Sync Battle. Peters did a good job making everyone laugh, as you might expect, and his performances were solid. For his main performance, he put on a Gumby-hairstyle wig and re-created Bobby Brown’s hit song “Every Little Step.” He didn’t quite have the lip-synching down, but his running man was perfect.

Green performed KISS’s “Rock and Roll All Nite” for his main performance. The former The Voice coach was dressed just like Gene Simmons; he even had a mouth full of fake blood. Green also got a little help from Minikiss, a popular KISS cover band made up of little people.

The audience absolutely went nuts for Green’s terrifying, tongue-wagging performance. Ultimately he was crowned the lip-synch champion.

Lip Sync Battle airs Thursdays at 10 p.m. on Spike.
