Carol Burnett Plays Heated Game of Whisper Challenge With Jimmy Fallon
On Tuesday’s The Tonight Show, TV legend Carol Burnett joined Jimmy Fallon in a game of the Whisper Challenge. Wearing noise-canceling headphones, each said phrases to the other, who had to guess what was said.
The Carol Burnett Show was known for actors flubbing their lines and rolling with it. However, Carol Burnett seemed to nearly lose her cool when Jimmy Fallon tried to relay the phrase, “Me Tarzan, you Jane.” She replied, “Piss off.”
They hit a rougher patch with the phrase “Hut, hut, hike.”
Burnett seemed to know who “Zach Galifiankis” is, but she was not able to pronounce his last name. Luckily, Jimmy picked that one up.
The Tonight Show airs weeknights at 11:35 p.m. on NBC.
