Cancer Patient Mocked by ‘Full Frontal With Samantha Bee’ Responds on ‘Fox & Friends’

On Friday’s Fox & Friends, journalist Kyle Coddington responded to a segment on Full Frontal With Samantha Bee in which he was mocked for his haircut. Full Frontal correspondent Michael Rubens traveled to the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) and joked that many of those in attendance had “Nazi hair.” The clip included a brief shot of Coddington.

However, Coddington’s haircut was due to the fact that he is suffering from stage IV brain cancer, as he explained on Fox & Friends.

Full Frontal removed the portion of the clip involving Coddington, and Samantha Bee apologized on Twitter.

Full Frontal also donated $1,000 to Coddington’s GoFundMe campaign to cover his medical costs.

In the interview with Fox & Friends, Coddington said that he was not contacted personally by Bee and that her apology was a “half apology.”

He added, “It’s just inconsiderate and very unprofessional to, you know, lump together anyone with a certain hairstyle or just by the way they look.”

Coddington, who will continue his fight against cancer, remained optimistic about his future. He said, “Basically, my message is to stay positive, no matter what. That’s the main thing. You have to stay positive. You have to fight it. You can’t give up.”
