Britain’s Got Talent Has A NEW JUDGE!

Hold the front page – there’s a brand new face on the Britain’s Got Talent judging panel.

Yes, Simon Cowell has been FINALLY booted off to make way for a fresh face who’ll inject a bit of excitement into proceedings.

Well, when say booted off – he was five minutes late and someone stepped in.

The famous face? None other than David Walliams’ very-own mum!

In a teaser from tonight’s upcoming episode, Kathleen Walliams can be seen keeping Simon’s chair warm while the judge rushed in.

But not only did she keep the chair warm for him – she also proved to be a bit of a hit with the audience.

She had the audience in stitches after telling one act, “It was very sweet, but not very exciting”

And when asked about what she was looking for in terms of talent, she told Ant and Dec: “I like nice male singers preferably with their tops off”.

You and us both, Kathleen.

Simon will be glad that Kathleen didn’t take after her golden-buzzer enthusiast son – he revealed this year that he’d taken steps to ensure that David would only put through credible acts - banning David from pressing the golden buzzer for anything ‘stupid’.

It’s thought that David’s habit of putting the more, er, quirky acts straight through to the semi-finals infuriated Simon, who felt the move ‘devalued’ the buzzer.

Speaking about the big boss’ decision to try and make sure the buzzer is only pushed for acts who ‘deserve it’, a source told The Sun: “It has been made very clear to David that pushing his golden buzzer for someone who doesn’t deserve it will not be looked on kindly by the bosses.”
