The ultimate goal for these seasoned skippers is to catch the biggest fish and reel in the biggest paycheck ("monstahs" can net up to $20K each), but a new boat headed by former mentor T.J. "Wicked Tuna" has become so popular that Nat Geo has given the green light to a spinoff series. Tentatively titled "Wicked Tuna: North vs. South," the spinoff will begin filming off the coast of the Outer Banks in North Carolina this winter and will premiere later this year on the cable network.
"Wicked Tuna" airs Sundays at 9 p.m. on National Geographic Channel.
