Back in 4 Years? Ann Romney Gets Emotional in 'Mitt' [Exclusive Video]

Yahoo TV

Running for President of the United States is an arduous, backbreaking task that is not for the faint of heart.

That's clear in Netflix's original documentary, "Mitt," which follows former Massachusetts governor Mitt Romney's campaign from 2006 to his concession speech after losing to Barack Obama in 2012.

The documentary, which will be available on the streaming service starting Friday, Jan. 24, is an intimate, behind-the-scenes look at the emotional rollercoaster of a presidential campaign. Director Greg Whiteley takes viewers right into the heart of Romney's family, including their reaction to his initial decision to run to their heartbreak over his failed bid in the Republican primary in 2008.

This exclusive clip takes place right after that loss, with Ann Romney vowing not to go through the process again. Of course, Romney did end up running again, this time advancing beyond the Republican primary to contest the election against the incumbent President Obama.

"Mitt" premieres Friday, Jan. 24 at 11 a.m. PT exclusively on Netflix.
