"Grey's Anatomy" fans have been waiting (sort of) patiently for more than two months to find out who April Kepner (Sarah Drew) will choose: Matthew (Justin Bruening), her spiritual equal, and the man standing across from her in a barn in a tux wanting to say "I do"; or Jackson (Jesse Williams), the man she's been fighting not to fall in love with ever since she lost her virginity to him.
Yahoo TV caught up with Sarah Drew to talk about "Take It Back" (Thursday, Feb. 27 at 9 p.m. on ABC), and she promised that the wait will end the second the episode begins.

"We will discover who April chooses within the first moments — first seconds! — of the episode," Drew said. "So you don't have to sit through the whole episode to figure out what happens. I can just say that it's going to leave a lot of pain in its wake, this decision. There will be disaster to deal with."
"Grey's" fans are no stranger to disaster and pain, with all of the show's beloved couples having been in limbo at one time or another, but this particular decision will crush the four-sided love rhombus, no matter which choice April makes.

"It affects everyone because April works with Stephanie who works with Jackson, and everybody works with Matthew, since he's in and out of the hospital. These are not relationships that you can ignore and just shut out — we're all going to have to work with one another after the fact. So yeah, there are ripples through the whole hospital in the aftermath of what goes down in the barn."
"It's absolutely an emotional choice, and it's especially emotional because I think both Matthew and Jackson are wonderful choices for her. The thought of letting go and hurting either one of them is crushing. April doesn't want to hurt anyone! And here she is with full knowledge that somebody is going to be devastated as a result of her actions. It's a lot for her to handle and navigate and negotiate."
If only Kepner could bend her morals a bit more and just make it a threesome (sorry, Stephanie!) so neither guy would have to get hurt. "If only that were possible! It's a little out of character for her. [Laughs.] If only she could be a polygamist."
Not satisfied with that tease? Drew's costar, and one of her two choices, Jesse Williams teased that the April and Avery "thirst will be quenched." Excuse us while we hyperventilate.
"Grey's Anatomy" returns Thursday, Feb. 27 at 9 p.m. on ABC.
Here's ABC's official description of "Take It Back":
The doctors face the consequences of the events that took place at April’s wedding. Meredith feels betrayed when Derek goes back on a promise, Alex is furious after returning to the hospital and hearing the news about his father, and Arizona and Callie decide whether or not to move forward together. Meanwhile, Bailey realizes she was wrong about the motive behind Ben’s decision to move back to Seattle.
