'Blindspot': Meet the Female Jason Bourne in New Comic-Con Trailer

Imagine losing your memory but gaining a mind-boggling array of talents, including fluency in 13 languages, the ability to dispatch bad guys via killer hand-to-hand combat moves, and some seriously impressive marksmanship skills. That’s the situation facing Jane Doe (Thor’s Jaimie Alexander) in NBC’s new fall thriller Blindspot.

After being discovered in a duffel bag in Times Square — naked, à la the Terminator — Jane Doe is taken to the FBI for evaluation, and that’s when all of her Jason Bourne-like tendencies become apparent. In the trailer above, which NBC will debut at San Diego Comic-Con Wednesday night, we get a preview of Jane Doe’s extraordinary skills via a report by FBI analyst Patterson (Growing Pains’s Ashley Johnson). Suffice it to say, if you ever need someone to help you escape handcuffs while submerged underwater, Jane Doe’s your girl.

Blindspot premieres Monday, Sept. 21 at 10 p.m. on NBC; Comic-Con runs July 9-12 in San Diego.
