Ben Stiller, Fred Armisen, Jimmy Fallon relive their high school drama on 'The Tonight Show'

Ben Stiller stopped by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon where he and the host recalled the little-known teen drama “Speak for Yourself” that they allegedly appeared in together back in the ’90s. The director apparently had an interesting artistic vision. Stiller said, “I remember he had a very specific thing where he liked my voice better for your character and your voice better for my character. And so we ended up having to lip-sync each other’s lines.”

With the premise of this teen drama set up, the two played high school seniors who were competing for the affection of Jessica, played by Fred Armisen. “Hey, guys,” she said (or rather, Jimmy Fallon said), “you’re not fighting about me again, are you?” With both guys wanting to take Jessica to the high school dance, she fortunately came up with a solution that worked for everyone, which was to take both dudes.

The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon airs weeknights at 11:35 p.m. on NBC. Watch clips and full episodes of The Tonight Show free on Yahoo View.
