Bachelor Fantasy League: ABC Launches Show’s Very Own Rose Bowl

ABC said today it has launched The Bachelor Fantasy League, its own version of a sports rotisserie game for fans of The Bachelor for its upcoming season that, well, kicks off January 2 with a two-hour premiere.

Players can predict the top four women who will make it to the hometown-dates level of the long-running reality series and, of course, who will get the final rose. There also will be weekly games for prizes, a la FanDuel and DraftKings. Points are earned for correct predictions, and each point is an entry into the grand-prize drawing for a chance to win a trip to see The Bachelorette: After the Final Rose in the summer.

ABC’s ESPN, which runs its own fantasy sports leagues, is powering the game, which is available now on ABC.com/BFL and the ESPN Fantasy App. No word on whether ESPN fantasy guru Matthew Berry will be weighing in, though.

It’s the 21st cycle of The Bachelor, with Nick Viall the man in the mix.
