Aziz Ansari Reads Angry Yelp Reviews on 'Tonight Show'
On Thursday’s The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Aziz Ansari joined Jimmy to read real owner’s responses to real customer reviews found on Yelp. It turns out that small business owners might have lost their patience with Yelp and are starting to fight back with their own words. Take, for example, one owner’s response to a customer repeatedly asking if they put eggs in their pasta, “Oh, yes, now I remember. We had a crazy guy yesterday in our kitchen throwing eggs all over the place, and, yes, he may have thrown some eggs in the pasta, too. Who knows?”
Aziz read another response, and we’re really hoping it isn’t true. “We spoke to both bartenders and they are both confident you did, in fact, have two happy hour drinks. You aren’t hard to forget considering you lost control of your bowels in the middle of our restaurant, and you proceeded to sit in it for the remainder of the evening.”
The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon airs weeknights at 11:35 p.m. on NBC.
