Team Arrow has another villain to contend with.

Bates Motel alum Alexander Calvert has been cast as Lonnie Machin/Anarky, The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed.

The character is described as a deranged criminal for hire who does whatever it takes to impress potential employers. At Comic-Con, Arrow’s producers revealed Anarky would work with season four big bad Damien Darhk (Neal McDonough).

In the comics, Anarky is known for run-ins with Batman. He’s a teenage anarchist who creates gadgets to best the government. Batman does not necessarily see Anarky as a villain, and even agrees with some of his ideas — just not the way he goes about them. More recently, he’s been portrayed as a straight up villain in the videogame Batman: Arkham Origins.

Comic Book Resources first reported the casting news. Anarky's casting follows news earlier Friday that Echo Kellum had been cast as the DC superhero Mister Terrific.

Arrow season four premieres Oct. 7 on the CW at 8 p.m.
