Real Housewives of New York star Luann D'Agostino's 22-year-old daughter, Victoria de Lesseps, was arrested and charged with driving while under the influence earlier this month, ET can confirm.
The Sag Harbor, New York Police Department tells ET that Victoria was arrested on April 7 shortly after midnight. Police say Victoria was driving a 2003 Land Rover when officers saw she was driving without headlights upon a traffic stop.
The department alleges that Victoria's blood alcohol content level was over the legal limit, which is .08%. She was held overnight before her arraignment the next morning, and then released.
Her next court appearance is scheduled for May 5 at the Sag Harbor Village Justice.
ET has reached out to Luann's rep for comment.
Victoria's attorney, Edward Burke Jr., tells ET, "I look forward to defending her vigorously in court."
On Saturday, 51-year-old Luann Instagrammed a snap of both Victoria and her son, Noel, sharing that the trio was spending quality time together.
"Enjoying my kids and family," she wrote.
Last August, Luann gave ET a tour of her stunning Hamptons home.
