And the ‘Project Runway’ Winner Is...

On Thursday’s Project Runway, a new winner was crowned. The remaining four contestants — Erin, Rik, Roberi, and Laurence — developed a runway show for New York Fashion Week. Each of the contestants struggled to make a cohesive collection.

Erin introduced her show: “So, I hope you enjoy my collection: There’s only one way, and it’s Project Funway.” Her models walked down the runway in playful, bright, and youthful designs. Guest judge Zendaya loved Erin’s fashion. “I had a lot of fun watching your stuff come down the runway. I think that as fun and as kooky as it was, it felt very expensive and very cohesive at the same time,” she said. “I think you balanced the kooky and the chic.”

Erin’s designs, which featured a piece with large banana graphics, caught Heidi Klum’s eye. “I loved it,” she said. “I love the humor that she has in the clothes.”

Erin reacted to her win, saying, “This is madness. I don’t even know how to say how f***ing excited I am. … An ex-Mormon girl just won Project Runway Season 15.”

Project Runway airs Thursdays at 8 p.m. on Lifetime.
