Amy Adams Slays Whisper Challenge on ‘Tonight Show’
The absolutely adorable Amy Adams stopped by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon to promote her upcoming films Arrival and Nocturnal Animals. But before the Disney princess left, Fallon coaxed her into playing a singing version of the “Whisper Challenge.” Adams threw on the noise-canceling headphones and gave it her best shot. And once it was Fallon’s turn to guess, Adams showed off some of those enchanting notes she can hit. Her famous fiery tresses were parted in the middle as the Hollywood starlet sat eagerly awaiting Fallon’s next challenge. Of course, the princess of cute prevailed and won the challenge.
Adams is an Oscar-nominated actress who got her start in 2002’s Catch Me If You Can. She landed her first Oscar nomination for 2006’s Junebug, and then a year later, she became a Disney princess personified in Enchanted. Adams scored her second Oscar nomination for 2008’s Doubt, kicking off a long string of critically acclaimed performances in such films as Julie & Julia, The Fighter, The Master, Her, and American Hustle. Adams also stepped into the heroine role of Lois Lane with 2013’s Man of Steel and 2016’s Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.
The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon airs weeknights at 11:35 p.m. on NBC.
