Are You Ready for Some Football Fails From 'AFV'?

Fall is here, and with it comes football. And with football comes this compilation of football follies from America’s Funniest Home Videos. While I am not going to pretend I know anything about football (you can visit Yahoo Sports for actual sports knowledge and analysis), I am fairly certain that the moves seen in this montage would not pass muster with the NFL. The “run headlong into a car” maneuver, for example, seems less than effective, as does the “catch the ball with your face mask/posterior/head” technique.

As for the tykes featured here, it’s hard to pick a favorite, but I’m going to have to go with the little girl who somehow managed to get her arm stuck in her football helmet while still wearing it. To Hannah I say, we who are about to hit “replay video” salute you.
