Amber Tamblyn’s ‘Donald Trump’ Seduces America Ferrera on ‘Lip Sync Battle’
It was a Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants reunion when Amber Tamblyn and America Ferrera duked it out on Lip Sync Battle Wednesday. The two actresses, who are also close friends, got political with their performances.
Ferrera is a well-known Hillary Clinton supporter — and often campaigns for her. This must make Tamblyn jealous, because she sang Alanis Morissette’s “You Oughta Know” to her friend, insinuating that Ferrera is now better friends with Clinton than her.
Keeping the political theme going, Tamblyn dressed as Donald Trump for her main performance. She tried to make America (Ferrera) great again by singing “I Wanna Sex You Up” by Color Me Badd.
The performance may have made Ferrera cringe a little, but it brought down the house.
