Amazing Circus Acts Dominate ‘America’s Got Talent’

America’s Got Talent went old school with a bunch of acts you would see at a circus, like clowns, a sword swallower, a magician, and a contortionist. Although, these weren’t your everyday circus acts, as each had something that set them apart from the rest.

Take 59-year-old Dan Meyer, for instance. He didn’t just swallow swords, Dan took it up a notch by hooking up the sword to a car, which he pulled across the stage while the sword was still in his body! Dan said it was a trick that he had never tried before, but that didn’t stop him from somehow being able to pull it off.

The contortionist was 14-year-old Sophie Dawcy, who taught herself how to do it, and Sophie impressed the judges with her incredible flexibility. The young contortionist was able to bend over backward while holding a bow and arrow with her feet, which she shot at a target across the stage.

And 10-year-old magician Kaden Bart Rockett tortured his little sister by sawing her in half. After completing the trick, both halves of his sister were rolled off stage, and Heidi Klum asked if he would put his sister back together. Kaden adorably replied, “Well, bring me back for next round and I’ll figure it out.”

America’s Got Talent airs Tuesday at 8 p.m. on NBC.
