'Late Show With David Letterman': A Look Back

It's hard to believe, but David Letterman's run as host of CBS's Late Show is almost over. If you're like me, this probably sends you into a deep state of denial. But here's some good news: The funniest man in late night is ending his historic 33 years behind the desk (which began on NBC in 1982) with shows packed with star power (think Tom Hanks, Bill Murray, Bob Dylan, and more). But saying goodbye is never easy, so we're taking the "don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened" approach and looking back on some of the most memorable 'Late Show' moments — from Bill Murray spraying graffitti on the host's desk, to Madonna being carried in by the New York Rangers, to Drew Barrymore giving Dave a birthday boob-flash. Join us, won't you? (NOTE: A version of this article was originally published on April 13, 2015.)
