You might want to think twice the next time you write a complaint on customer service website.

Two American comedians have created a hilarious Facebook account called  “Customer Service” with the sole purpose of pranking users. Ben Palmer and Nick Price are the funny guys behind the prank, and because of the site’s generic name, people have used it to complain about everything from airlines and rental cars to restaurants and department stores.

So far, the page has 90K followers and naturally, we found many of the complaints about travel companies to be the most entertaining.

One unlucky woman named Kathy used the “Customer Service” page to complain about issues she was having while booking travel on United Airlines. After writing about trouble booking a last-minute ticket, Kathy was met with a rude and mildly condescending response.

Another customer got owned after complaining about a delayed flight to Mexico on Alaska Airlines. We feel bad for Mike, but the comedians have a point.

And finally, a man named Mahan wrote in to complain about an unreasonably high fare he incurred during an Uber ride. He thought writing a complaint might get him a refund. He was wrong.

This isn’t the only parody site created by Ben Palmer and Nick Price, the duo also run a similar site called WeHopeThatHelps.com. In an interview with the site Co.Create, Palmer revealed that he’s not trying to be cruel, he just wants to make people laugh.

“A lot of people who work in customer service and have to deal with rude people all day come to our page get kind of a release from it and tell us we made their day,” said Palmer.
