WATCH: Chefs Gone Wild — José Andrés Sings Ming Tsai’s Belt Off

Tapas king José Andrés was a busy man at the Aspen Food & Wine Classic last weekend. He launched his new beer, Zarabanda, hosted a Wines of Spain dinner, taught a two-day tapas demonstration, attended the American Express Trade Program “Southern BBQ” lunch on Saturday, and finished it all off with a gastronomic party for the ages.

The party, held at his slope-side condominium, was every foodie’s dream. Zarabanda beer (which, Yahoo Travel can confirm is DELICIOUS! But sadly, not on sale till September) was flowing and Andrés brought his own personal crew to serve up “José’s Tacos” — pieces of Jamon with a dollop of caviar inside — burrata with caviar, and freshly shucked oysters to the guests, including Marcus Samuelsson, Drew Nieporent, and Ming Tsai.

And then, as the evening drew on, Andrés was in the mood for song. Standing on his balcony, Andrés started serenading his departing guests — moving Tsai to disrobe.

Fun Fact: José Andrés has a lovely voice. Judge for yourself.
