In honor of Independence Day, the app that allows you to order your own personal driver announced that you can now order your own personal helicopter to the East Hampton or Montauk on July 3. No, we’re not joking.

The new feature is called UberChopper, and the service is powered by BLADE, a helicopter booking app. Sounds pretty amazing, right? But how much is this going to cost?

It’s not cheap. The UberChopper has five seats and a flat rate of $2,500. That comes out to $500 a person. The service will run from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on July 3, and a black car will pick you up in the Hamptons and drop you off at your final location. So, if you and your friends are rolling in dough, you might want to consider flying high this weekend.

As for the rest of us, we’ll be riding the Jitney cursing traffic on the Long Island Expressway. #America.
