Danger Zone? Southwest Flight Attendant Plays Top Gun Song for Takeoff

Southwest Flight Attendant Blasts Top Gun Song for Takeoff

Nervous flyers may choose to shut their eyes and hold on for dear life when an airplane takes off.

But if you’re an adventure-seeking Maverick, consider booking your next trip with Southwest.

As the plane hurtles down the runway, one of the flight attendants blasted the Kenny Loggins song “Danger Zone” from the iconic Tom Cruise movie Top Gun.

The rock anthem blasts through the cabin while the attendant can be heard reciting lines from the film over the P.A. system. It’s unclear whether the passengers present were amused by the gag or cowering in silent fear. We’ll go with gripped with fear.
