ALASKA: What's the perfect complement for one of International House of Hotdogs' gourmet dogs? Cilantro fries, of course. This Anchorage favorite not only serves the best hot dogs in town, but crispy, flavorful fries to match.

CALIFORNIA: You can't leave LA's street-food-inspired eatery, Spitz, without trying an order of the street cart fries. Loaded with garlic aioli, feta, onion, green pepper, olives, tomato, and pepperoncini, they're both savory and decadent.
