Why we love it: This package is worth less than half the estimated $640 cost. Jubilee, which launched in 1981 at Bally’s, is the last showgirl production standing, and it’s a tantalizing glimpse at old-school Vegas. The renovated and high-tech Jubilee Theatre is new school, and it’s half the size of a football field.
