We walked into Mr. Chow in the W Hotel in South Beach and immediately our attention was diverted. Standing before us was Stephane Docanto, the restaurant’s maitre d’… who had the most perfectly tailored suit we had ever seen.
“Did it come off the rack like that?” we asked in astonishment.
He laughed. “Of course not.”
Then we demanded his tailor’s name. Gentlemen, pack your suits next time you head to Miami Beach and have these folks nip and tuck you into perfection.
