Fire Sale! Guess Where You Can Fly for $11
Ryanair made its latest move to attract passengers with a “Midweek Madness” flash sale of 250,000 seats for €9.99 (about $11) each way on selected flights throughout its European routes.
The fine print is that you’ll have fly Tuesday through Thursday, and the sale only applies from now through January. The flash sale ends at midnight Thursday. Available cities include London, Brussels, Paris, Frankfurt, and Budapest.
This isn’t the first flash sale Ryanair or its competitor Aer Lingus has released lately, and with fuel prices falling, it probably won’t be the last. In recent weeks Ryanair had a separate flash sale of 500,000 seats for €9.99 each way and another million seats for €15.99 (about $17).
As for Aer Lingus, it has recently had one-way sales of €19.99 to Britain and €29.99 from December to April.
