Melbourne, a growing dining destination in Australia’s state of Victoria, is an inviting city where the hip and eclectic coexist with vast culinary diversity. In the latest episode of Avec Eric, chef Eric Ripert visits the city’s most famous shopping spot, the Queen Victoria Market.
