…the Catskills! Located in eastern New York, just 100 miles from New York City, the Catskill Mountains are a dream destination for anyone who loves the outdoors. Hiking, skiing, horseback riding, canoeing, and biking are just some of the many ways you can pass your time there. Or you could just pull up an Adirondack chair, pour yourself a glass of wine, and watch the beautiful orange glow of the sun setting over the mountains.
