China is known for its smog, but this one is something else. On Saturday, a Shenzen Airlines plane taking off from Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport
became filled with heavy fog.

Horrified passengers at first thought it was a fire, until they were assured by the crew that the conditions were actually caused by high humidity outside the plane interacting with the inflight air-conditioning system.

An Asian passenger aboard the flight whose handle translates as “Long-legged Uncle” posted photographs on the social media site Weibo that have gone viral.

A Google translation of his post explained the issue: “Seen yet? Heavy rain outside the cabin, the cabin becomes a sauna. It is said that because the outside humidity, moisture cycle air conditioning to come. Aircraft turned dehumidifier!”

Take a look at these posts. The fog dissipated within a half hour. How would you feel about flying on that plane?
