Urban wineries bring taste of the vineyard into the city

Sure, you can go wine tasting in Napa Valley or the Finger Lakes, but what about Denver? Celebrated for its beer culture, the city isn't exactly known for wine. But thanks to Infinite Monkey Theorem, a winery (sans vineyard) in a Quonset hut in downtown Denver, that's changing. Portland, Ore., can relate — it’s home to nearly a dozen in-city wineries. So can Vancouver, Orlando and Knoxville.
