Fun Desserts to Sample Throughout Walt Disney World
Dessert lovers are in for a sweet treat when visiting Walt Disney World Resort. Several restaurants and hotels on the property serve up some fancy desserts and unique concoctions developed by Disney's own team of pastry chefs. Some of the restaurant menus boast seasonal desserts, but you can also find some tasty treats at some of the bakeries inside the theme parks, and at special events like the dessert buffet at the Magic Kingdom Fireworks Dessert Party.
Here are some fun desserts to sample throughout Walt Disney World:
This is a dream come true for anyone with a sweet tooth: a chance to enjoy the Wishes Nighttime Spectacular fireworks show at the Magic Kingdom, and then indulge in a buffet of sweet offerings! The fun takes place at the Tomorrowland Terrace Restaurants most nights of the week, and you will need to make reservations in advance. The great thing about this Disney experience is the viewing area is an outdoor, covered patio, so you'll get to enjoy the buffet rain or shine. The party starts one hour before the Wishes fireworks event.

Kona is a sit-down restaurant at Disney's Polynesian Resort and is the place to order the chocolate hazelnut volcano cake for dessert.
