Choose the Best ‘Adventures by Disney’ Trip for Your Family
It's a small world after all, and when booking Adventures by Disney, families get to explore more global destinations every continent, with the exception of Antarctica.
The idea: give people who want to be more adventurous the opportunity to travel with their family, Disney-style. Today there are 20 destinations across the world. Booking specialists step in to help decipher location options, and work closely on every finite detail-- eating requirements, activity levels, age of children and what trips suit a group with varying ages.
Jason Lasecki, Adventures by Disney Public Relations Director says, "Our agents really work on putting people on the right trip, and work with age appropriate options." For example, a 10-day China trip includes not only long international flights, but also four internal flights; suggested age is ten for this trip pick.
Parents can be assured that trips are safe and family-friendly; however, they won't find a typical Disneyland experience, such as Mickey popping out at the Vatican. Lasecki explains, "It's an authentic cultural experience." Groups of families engage together in various activities, with plenty of time to explore on their own. "Junior adventures" is just for kids, giving parents a night or two to dine alone in an all-inclusive restaurant.
With so many adventurous options, which destination can be a good jumping off point?
