A Holiday PSA: What Adorable Kittens Can Teach You About Tweeting to Airlines

In the age of immediate responses on social media, there’s a gut reaction to air our grievances on Twitter when something goes awry at the airport. But as we’ve learned again and again, yelling in all caps at an airline brand account can come back to haunt you when you realize how silly that delay is in the grand scheme of things.
