Ski over to lunch at the posh SaddleRidge restaurant, where you’re greeted with slippers so you can comfortably check out the collection of Western artifacts, including Geronimo’s tomahawk and General Custer’s canteen. After the last run of the day, someone will hand you a chocolate chip cookie as you step off the snow.
